Terri Bays joined the OpenCourseWare Consortium staff in 2007, after directing the OpenCourseWare project at the University of Notre Dame since 2006. Terri now divides her time between the Consortium and Notre Dame, where she collaborates with the staff of the Kaneb Center for Teaching and Learning. In September, 2008, Terri stepped in as Interim Executive Director of the Consortium.
Before OpenCourseWare came to Notre Dame, Terri served as an Associate Director in Notre Dame's London Undergraduate Program and a concurrent Assistant Professor in English. Her teaching is in the area of medieval literature.
Terri holds a PhD in English literature from UCLA (2000) and a BA in English from Northwestern University (1989).
Clay Whipkey has been working in Information Technology since 1998, coming from an education in traditional graphic design. During this time he has administered enterprise-class systems on a wide variety of infrastructure, in addition to designing and developing mission-critical applications in multiple platforms. His development experience includes creating solutions for a very wide variety of functional needs, including: content management systems, e-commerce, material requirements planning, member management, customer service systems, and data analysis reporting.
Clay has worked in a variety of environments from Fortune 500 corporations to non-profit organizations. Clay began working for the OpenCourseWare Consortium in October, 2007.
