We are pleased to cooperate with other leading universities in the international OpenCourseWare Consortium. As part of this cooperation, we agree to the following:

1. We will develop, within the next two years, a pilot OpenCourseWare site under our institutional name that comprises at least 10 courses and is consistent with the definition of "OpenCourseWare" on the Consortium Web site.
2. We will work with the other members to develop best practices to promote reasonable consistency in quality, content depth, vocabulary, and presentation, all in the interest of offering users a similar experience from one member's OpenCourseWare site to another.

So long as we adhere to criteria 1 and 2 above, we understand that the OpenCourseWare Consortium will allow us to display the OpenCourseWare Consortium logo on our OCW website. The logo will link directly to the OpenCourseWare Consortium Web site. We understand that the OpenCourseWare Consortium can require us to remove the OpenCourseWare Consortium logo from any and all of our sites should we no longer meet criteria 1 and 2 above.

We are pleased to cooperate with other leading universities in the international OpenCourseWare Consortium. As part of this cooperation, we agree to the following:

1. We will formally organize as a consortium comprised of at least five (5) accredited institutions of higher education working to develop course publication sites consistent with the definition of "OpenCourseWare" as published on the global OCW Consortium website.
2. We will work to coordinate the efforts of those institutions (and of other, related organizations) in the development and communication of best practices to promote reasonable consistency in quality, content depth, vocabulary, and presentation, all in the interest of offering users a similar experience from one member's OpenCourseWare site to another.
3. We will work to support the participation of those institutions (and of other, related organizations) in activities of the global OCW Consortium.
4. We will faithfully exercise voting rights on behalf of our members, at a rate of 1 vote for every portion of ten (10) documented members we represent.

So long as we adhere to criteria 1, 2 and 3 above, we understand that the OpenCourseWare Consortium will allow us to display the OpenCourseWare Consortium logo on our consortium website. The logo will link directly to the OpenCourseWare Consortium Web site. We understand that the OpenCourseWare Consortium can require us to remove the OpenCourseWare Consortium logo from any and all of our sites should we no longer meet criteria 1, 2 and 3 above.

We are pleased to cooperate with other leading universities in the international OpenCourseWare Consortium. As part of this cooperation, we agree to the following:

1. We attest that we are members in good standing of an OCWC Associate Consortium.
2. We commit to publishing, under our institution's name, at least 10 courses in a manner consistent with the definition of "OpenCourseWare" as published on the global OCW Consortium website. We will do so either:
   1. Independently, on our own institutional site or
   2. Collaboratively, on the Associate Consortium website.
3. We will work through the Associate Consortium to develop best practices to promote reasonable consistency in quality, content depth, vocabulary, and presentation, all in the interest of offering users a similar experience from one member's OpenCourseWare site to another.
4. We understand that we have no direct voting rights and accept voting representation through the Associate Consortium that votes on our behalf.

So long as we adhere to criteria 1, 2 and 3 above, we understand that the OpenCourseWare Consortium will allow us to display the OpenCourseWare Consortium logo on our OCW website. The logo will link directly to the OpenCourseWare Consortium Web site. We understand that the OpenCourseWare Consortium can require us to remove the OpenCourseWare Consortium logo from any and all of our sites should we no longer meet criteria 1, 2 and 3 above.

1. We will work with the other members to develop best practices to promote reasonable consistency in quality, content depth, vocabulary, and presentation, all in the interest of offering users a similar experience from one member's OpenCourseWare site to another.

- AND EITHER -

2. We will develop a pilot OpenCourseWare site under our institutional name that comprises at least 10 courses and is consistent with the definition of "OpenCourseWare" on the Consortium Web site.

- OR -

3. We will work with the other members to support or contribute to the creation, maintenance, publishing or dissemination of OpenCourseWare Courses (for example, through the development of tools or policy) or to encourage the publication of derivative versions of OpenCourseWare Courses through translation or other forms of localization.

So long as we adhere to criteria 1 and 2 or 3 above, we understand that the OpenCourseWare Consortium will allow us to display the OpenCourseWare Consortium logo on our OCW website. The logo will link directly to the OpenCourseWare Consortium Web site. We understand that the OpenCourseWare Consortium can require us to remove the OpenCourseWare Consortium logo from any and all of our sites should we no longer meet criteria 1 and 2 or 3 above.

1. We will work with members of the OCW Consortium (and of other, related organizations) to develop best practices to promote reasonable consistency in quality, content depth, vocabulary, and presentation, all in the interest of offering users a similar experience from one member's OpenCourseWare site to another.
2. We understand that the access to OCWC members granted to us through this membership must conform to the conditions set forth in the annually renewed Corporate Benefits Policy.
3. We understand that in accepting this membership category, we waive all voting rights in the OCW Consortium. We will not attempt to use our economic support as the means to unduly influence any decisions of the OCWC Board of Directors.
