OCW Consortium Welcomes First Canadian School

Capilano College has joined to OpenCourseWare Consortium, becoming the first Canadian school to do so. Capilano plans to publish at least 10 courses by the middle of next year. Capilano College joins members from 13 other countries: Austria, China, France, Japan, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Thailand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Venezuela and Vietnam.

Capilano College is a degree granting institution in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The mission of Capilano College is to enable student success in current and continuing studies, in a chosen career, in the pursuit of knowledge, and in contributing effectively as responsible citizens in a rapidly changing and diverse global community.
