Thank you for your interest in completing a short survey about the organizational priorities of the Open Courseware Consortium (OCWC). This January, the OpenCourseWare Consortium is conducting an organizational effectiveness review, and we'd like to gather your input as a valued member of the OCW/OER community.  Our goal is to develop an organization that best serves the needs of current and potential members and most effectively furthers the mission of the Consortium to improve education and empower people worldwide through OpenCourseWare.

There are four versions of the survey. Please choose the most appropriate one, below, based upon 1) whether you (or your institution) are already a member of OCWC, and 2) whether you represent an educational institution (e.g. higher education) or some other type of OCW-interested institution.
